Moved by the Culinary Art, she acquired the qualification of Chef. Her further personal research led her to India where she discovered the science of Ayurveda.

She joined the community in 2019 and took up to reorganise our kitchen with her professional skills. She daily provides food to our residents, with astonishing gentle care.

She is involved in the production of our vegetables as well as in the harvesting and conditioning of our bio-products.
