2-“Insight into Sadhana Practice”
Thursday at 6:30 to 7:15 am, every 2 weeks.
Registration every 2 months for 4 Sessions.
One of the strong wishes from Venerable Lama Sangyay Tendzin is to provide disciples with better understanding of the sadhanas thus facilitating the practice.
“Insight into Sadhana Practice” is fulfilling this wish. Led by Naljorma LEKSHEY the course incorporates vocabulary study and teachings on the deeper meaning of the text.
Prayer to the Three Bodies of Guru Rinpoche (found at the beginning of the Green Tara Sadhana after Seven Line Prayer).
