The ceremony starts with the Invocation of Guru Padmasambhava followed by a request of Initiation of Body, Speech and Mind. It is then followed by the recitation of the Barched Lamsel sadhana  repeatedly as requested.

This recitation carries the blessing of the twelve emanations of Guru Rinpoche. It is most efficient to eliminate all obstacles one is facing at the moment of request.
