By Ven. Lama Sangyay Tendzin & Naljorma Lekshey Phagmo
The foundation of Tibetan Ayurveda and its healing practices lies in recognizing our intrinsic connection to the world around us. We are not separate from the cosmic and natural forces of the universe. In alignment with Buddhist philosophy, Tibetan Ayurveda asserts that we possess the innate potential to become like a Buddha, with optimal conditions for a healthy life, personal transformation, and the resourcefulness to benefit others.
Our Blueprint for Well-Being
Everyone has a unique basic constitution, known in Tibetan as “Rang-Zhin.” This "Rang-Zhin" serves as a blueprint for our current lifetime, providing a reference point for creating a balanced and healthy lifestyle. By understanding and nurturing our constitution, we can more efficiently and effectively direct our life force towards true happiness and enlightenment.
