
Karma Lekshey Phagmo’s maternal family is the direct decedent of the Ming Dynasty Emperor Yong Lo, who inspired by a dream of Avalokiteshvara, invited Karmapa to visit China in 1406 C. Later the Emperor made a replica of a crown bestowed by the dakinis and offered the Black Crown to the 5th Karmapa, Dezhin Shekpa. Karma Lekshey Phagmo met Lama Sangyay Tendzin when he was living in Tibet and was the coordinator in the various charitable projects established by Lama in Tibet. For over 33 years, under Lama Sangyay's guidance, Naljorma Lekshey Phagmo has accomplished several major retreats. She teaches regularly at TNG, and supervises the Dharma Publishing House, Konchog Tsegpa Parkhang under the auspiciousness His Holiness 17th Karmapa Orgyen Trinley Dorje.

Ani Samyang trained skills at preparing tormas for the temple ritual as well as the web to support everyone needs in their computing activities.

Ani Norzang
Ani Norzang involved in the editing team of our Dharma Publishing House and teaches reading and writing of Tibetan text.
She is also our appointed English to French translator.

Ani Palzang is in charge of the bio-vegetable garden. She holds the bursar’s office and maintan all boarding facilities which she supervises all year long.

Ani Dawa Drolma
Ani Dawa Drolma assumed the task of secretary and assisted to administrate our Dharma Shop. She is also involved in flower garden.

Rose-Marie
Rose-Marie has been a long-time practitioner under Lama's guidance who gave her the refuge under the name Karma Yeshe Dondrub. She holds the position of Director of ACCOUNTING.

Tshering
Tshering with her professional skills as a chef, provides food with astonishing gentle care to the community. She is involved in vegetables garden as well as in the harvesting of our bio-products.

Wangmo
After several years in law and administration and inspired by the Dharma teachings, Wangmo has turned to her passion: ceramics. She is grateful for the opportunity to use her experience to benefit the Centre's activities in proofreading, transcription and translation. She is also happy to help in the kitchen or in the gardens whenever necessary.
